Al Gore's depressing words of hope

You might have already seen this amazing video clip of Al Gore giving a speech to graduates of the University of Tennessee, but it's worth revisiting if only to reaffirm that Gore's world is much worse than yours. He seems to have absolutely no idea of appropriateness or how to encourage people.
The YouTube video is titled “The Most Depressing Graduation Speech Ever”, and if you don't smile at it you may find yourself wanting to jump off the nearest bridge.
Americans for Prosperity posted the video, and they commented “Instead of providing encouragement for the graduates of the University of Tennessee, Al Gore takes the opportunity to promote his doomsday global warming scenarios.”
What goes on inside Al Gore's head is something of a mystery. He got on the bandwagon of global warming alarmism and has made a fortune out of presenting doom and gloom to anyone who will pay him to scare the daylights out of them.
The fact that he has presented error after error in his effort to scare the world doesn't seem to stop people from hiring him, even though they could rent a group of terrorists to scare them for less money.
