Sahara sail dinosaur
There are some good graphic artists around, and there are others like the person who put this photograph together.
This sail dinosaur looks like a plastic toy. You can see similar-looking dinosaurs in toy stores every day.
However, there is realistic-looking motion blur in its tail, and the shadow is reasonably well done. The background sky and rocks are undoubtedly genuine.
What clearly exposes this dinosaur as a fake is that the background scene comes from a popular clip-art and stock-photo package. Several visitors to our site have told us this, and we have seen it ourselves. And, sad to say, that original scene doesn't have the dinosaur in it!
Although this fabricated photo is not as bad as some (especially the Hercules mammoth), it is still a hoax.
